This blog is for those of us who have developed a severe allotment addiction, but who perhaps have not yet managed to achieve the perfect, manicured plot. And who perhaps never will.
Nonetheless, we continue to dedicate vast amounts of time, blood, sweat and money because we can't help it.
At least it's not drugs, right?

The main thing you need to know is that I'm not here to act as an expert and hand out advice. I'm sure you've already got more of that from other plot holders than you want to deal with. Also there are umpty other very nice blogs already doing that, written by people who probably know a lot more than I do. What I'm offering is more by way of support and validation  for those who find themselves ordering FAR TOO MANY seeds, struggling to stay away from the plug plants and wondering how the weeds grew that quickly. And perhaps we'll learn some stuff along the way.
I like to attempt to grow things that I can't buy in the supermarket, or which are too bastarding expensive to contemplate. Also I sometimes swear.
